It was only when I asked them to tell me how much it would cost that they finally agreed to add the person, and even then did not update the system properly so that when they arrived the next morning they had no record. I'd have expected much better service from such a luxury hotel, it just seemed like they were out to get more money even though they were already making more from me as a single guest.
